Development is not a buzzword here

There is a time for everything, and it is not all at twelve

Time to learn. Time to work. Time to compete. Time to gain exposure. And then time to be guided through recruiting — by people who have done it for the players ahead of you. Each of those has an age where it belongs, and putting exposure before work is how families spend thousands of dollars on a player who is not ready to be seen yet.

You cannot buy your way in

Our staffing model does not exist anywhere else in this part of the country. Every coach here has played or coached inside this system, every one of them played college baseball, and most of them coach high school ball right now. Nobody bought a spot on this staff, and nobody buys a spot on a roster.

Work is number one

Practice is the product. The schedule is built deliberately around what each group actually needs, not around collecting glitz-and-glamour events that look good on a feed. If an event does not make your son better or get him seen by someone who matters, we are not going to it.

One price, and coaching is in it

The fee is all-inclusive and coaching is included — not billed separately as lessons on top of what you already paid. We do not price this to make a living off it, to hand out five pullovers, or to win a social media battle. We price it so the work gets paid for.

The same vision every year

A player who starts here and stays does not get re-taught from scratch every spring by someone with a new theory. The mechanics, the language and the standards do not change as he moves up. That is what continuous development actually requires, and it is the whole reason the staff is built the way it is.

If you can play, we can get you there

We have the people to develop you, prepare you and guide you through recruiting — the same as the more expensive brand, and with a list of alumni you can go read for yourself. This website is here to tell you who we are and to show you where our players went. Not to be loaded up with rings and plastic.
